Apologies for the recent silence.
Joanna, my ex-teacher friend from the UK has been the focus of my attention in recent weeks. Joanna is moving to Portugal and been here for 6 weeks. We've been going through the bureaucratic system roundabout and got dizzy!
Lady Samantha has well and truly settled in. I believe that Waggy is keeping her young. This evening, following (another) night out with Joanna, I came home to find our lady on the sofa within the terrace area. I was so pleased to see this sight as previously this was Waggy's domain. They seem to be sharing nicely most of the time.
Next week as usual we have the drop in health surgery on Monday morning 11am, and on Friday, our infamous Friday Health Club continues. Our speaker this week is Jessoci Koch. Her presentation is entitled
"The Joy & Health of Having Time for Everything & Everyone!"
