A Word of Warning!
The book was written from journal notes during 2009/10 although not turned into a formal publication in 2014 as part of a book writing challenge when Elaine was franchise director for a woman's business group.

Elaine has since trained and qualified as a Nutritionist and Biohacker and has spent over 20 years helping clients to recover from many serious illnesses and diseases.
In 2015, she received a further diagnosis of stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma and was given less than 12 months to live unless she followed a particular medical protocol.
Elaine created her own healing protocol and recovered completely from stage 4 cancer within 4 months.
Additional formal training as a qualified Nutitionist and Biohacker guided Elaine to follow a natural path which included various strategies including use of a PowerTube and HBOT - hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
