Does Eyesight Have to Deteriorate with Age?

Optimal eyesight refers to having clear vision and good overall eye health. To naturally improve eyesight at any age, you can try the following strategies:

1. Eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables, especially those high in vitamins A, C, and E, as well as omega-3 fatty acids.

2. Get regular exercise to improve blood circulation and overall eye health.

3. Practice good eye hygiene, such as taking breaks from screens, and avoiding smoking.

4. Perform eye exercises to strengthen eye muscles and improve focus.

To reverse poor eye health, including floaters, long and nearsightedness, you might try the following strategies:

1. Consult with an eye care professional for a comprehensive eye exam and treatment plan.

2. Use corrective lenses or contacts as prescribed by an optometrist.

3. Consider vision therapy to improve eye coordination and focus.

4. Practice good eye habits, such as proper lighting when reading or using screens, and taking regular breaks to rest your eyes.

By incorporating these strategies into your daily routine, you can improve your overall eye health and potentially reverse poor eyesight. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional for personalised advice and treatment options.

Dr Joseph Allen - Eye Doctor

The above interview with Dr Allen is very interesting, informative and practical. If you watch on YouTube, look at the wonderful comments from the audience on how his guidance helps..

I (Elaine Godley) use to wear glasses from the age of 25 when I had my first child. The GP told me it was nothing to do with childbirth and was a coincidence.

At the age of 37, when my second child was born, guess what happened ? Yes, you guessed, my eyesight went south again. Another coincidence eh?

Around the age of 63, I was introduced to Live Organic Wheatgrass. Within a few months, I noticed that I was no longer wearing my expensive varifocals every day.

Now, at the age of 68, I rarely wear glasses at all. However, I keep a pair in the car for low light or occasional mist or heavy rain to sharpen my vision in poor situations.

I don't wear sunglasses so that vitamin D will access my body through my third eye( pineal gland) and follow the advice from Barbara O'Neill and other health gurus.

My diet and nutrition is optimal, with a varied organic whole food approach, I don't knowingly eat sugar, take high quality omega oil daily and put castor oil on my eyelids as I get ready for bed each evening.
