The average length of a song is 3 minutes. I know this because I host my own radio show, although some songs are getting longer now with the advent of trance type music and some heavy rock numbers that go on, and on, and on, and………..

When we hear happy uplifting music that we can dance to, this alone can change our energy, motivate and inspire us to crack on with our day, or if we are stuck, then prancing around or even just sitting and listening to the beats will raise our emotional wellbeing.
