Terms and Conditions

1.Membership Eligibility: The Perfect Health HUB membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Membership is non-transferable.

2. Membership Fees: Members are required to pay a monthly membership fee as specified by The Perfect Health HUB. The membership fee is subject to change with prior notice.

3. Membership Duration: The membership is valid for a minimum of one month from the date of enrolment. Members may choose to continue their membership on a monthly basis or opt for an annual membership plan.

4. Payment Terms: Members are responsible for the timely payment of their membership fees.

5. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. No refunds will be given.

6. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by The Perfect Health HUB. This includes treating fellow members with respect and courtesy, following online safety guidelines. Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

7. Liability: The Perfect Health HUB is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the use of its facilities or participation in its programs. Members are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activities.

8. The Perfect Health HUB is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items howsoever manifested.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Perfect Health HUB reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of membership at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

10. Privacy: The Perfect Health HUB will collect, and store personal information provided by members for the purpose of membership management and communication. This information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations including GDPR. Please note that members have access to other member’s contact details via the chat and message function of the HUB site.

10. DO NOT SPAM message any member. Immediate cancellation of membership will result.

11. Termination of Membership: The Perfect Health HUB reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member fails to comply

12. The Perfect Health HUB recommends consulting a registered medical practitioner if you feel unwell.
