  • Using AI, Elaine uses various prompts to dig deeper into the results, providing a lay version in (either/or) narrative/audio/presentation formats for the business leader to comprehend
  • Final report created and emailed to the leader


The Results

Within a team of twelve members, five were identified as highly stressed and had exceeded their capacity to adapt.


The detrimental impact on the bottom line was explained within the final report to the business leader, along with suggestions for next steps.
