I am Elaine Godley, multi-award winning Master Health and Life Mentor with 30 years of practical experience and wisdom gained through using the DISC model of behavioural profiling.

A former CEO of law firm and accountancy practices, entrepreneur, public sector and charity veteran, I know a thing or two about how to manage organisations and teams. 

I gained an MBA at the age of 40, and since earned several diplomas in nutrition and psychology, and consistently learn more about how behaviour and health are linked as each year passes.

Retraining as a cardiovascular health screener and Nutritionist over 15 years ago and experiencing my own health challenges, has brought me to link the DISC behaviour tool with health - just like Dr Hippocrates spoke about in around 400BC when he identified the Four Humours.

My passion and lived experience guided me to create the DISCPlus model, where behaviour and health are linked with startling results!

I've supported hundreds of individuals to avoid health challenges, and even reverse conditions they were told were incurable, as I achieved for myself.

In 2022 The Perfect Health HUB was launched to encourage individuals to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing through curated health articles and networking support.
