The investment is £97 per person - you can experience 1 session for free and then decide if you'd like to join the entire series of 6 sessions.
You may be familiar with the DISC behavioral profiling tool, but you might not know about the enhanced DISCPlus model. Developed from an idea I conceived over 20 years ago, DISCPlus integrates behavioural profiling with science backed health assessments when health challenges surface within the profile report.
The original DISC model can trace origins back to Hippocrates, who was a doctor and who identified different human behaviours, known as the Four Humours: Sanguine, Melancholic, Choleric, and Phlegmatic.
The modern DISC version encompasses Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance, linking each behaviour type to specific health challenges.

The Course

Developing communication strategies to engage with "I" personalities.
Strategies to motivate and manage an "I" personality.

Recognising the Steadiness (S) style: their calm, patient, and methodical approach.
Understanding their need for stability and security.
Learning to build trust and provide support to "S" personalities.
Cultivating the strengths of the "S" style for effective team collaboration.

Identifying the Conscientiousness (C) style: their focus on accuracy, rules, and details.
Understanding their need for correctness and high standards.
Learning to communicate with a "C" personality by providing data and clear instructions.
Harnessing the strengths of the "C" style for analytical and technical roles.

Understanding additional dimensions of the DISCPlus model.
Learning how these dimensions create more nuanced profiles.

Ideally, before the commencement of the programme, registrants will complete their personal DISCPlus behavioural profile assessment. They will download and review this assessment, arriving curious and ready to engage in deep discussions and enjoy while learning:
- Interactive Training: Engage in discussions using your personalised 19-page assessment report, fostering contextual understanding.
- Ongoing Support: Join our private WhatsApp group for questions and community support between sessions.
- Video Access: Receive video replays and AI-generated meeting summaries, along with a certificate of attendance (provided after participating in all six sessions or by watching replays and being active in the support group).
- Complimentary Assessment: Enjoy an additional DISCPlus profile assessment for a family member or colleague (value of £299), available from week three.
- AI audio summaries of each session
- Handouts, workbooks or e-books to support each masterclass
- Licensing Opportunities: Explore options to license or white-label the DISCPlus.health system.

This training series provides a comprehensive introduction to the DISC model, offering deeper insights into individual behavioural styles for those wishing to apply these principles in pursuit of greater success in health, well-being, and relationships.
